Automotive & Industry – deployment teams for Wels

Wels is a logistics and exhibition location with dense mid-sized industry nearby, where handling, picking and manufacturing sit close together.

Often the goods already sit in the warehouse or at incoming inspection: we inspect and sort where the stock is.

In machinery we often inspect individual parts and assemblies before final assembly, including rework directly at the line.

We regularly work in Linz, Steyr, Salzburg and Vienna as well.

• Inspection campaign in the warehouse: separate, check, repack and re-label the goods.
• Pre-assembly, part inspection and rework before final assembly, agreed with production management.
• Setting up containment at the supplier: prepare the station, brief the staff, report daily to the customer.

• Measurement technology and gauge handling including documentation
• Launch support for series ramp-ups
• 100 % inspections and sorting campaigns on site or at the supplier
• Rework on parts and assemblies

Travel and start of assignment: Reached via the A8 and A25; assignments by arrangement. Assignments outside Germany are arranged in advance – travel, briefing and notification requirements are planned together.
