Construction & Real Estate: assignments in Bern

Bern combines administration and property with medical technology and precision manufacturing in the region, where conversions during ongoing operation are common.

In occupied buildings we work considerately: tenants, access routes and operating hours stay in view, including during strip-out and refurbishment.

On construction sites the schedule decides: material handling, order and cleaning must fit the trades’ sequence, not the other way round.

We regularly work in Solothurn, Biel/Bienne and Basel as well.

• Preparing residential and commercial units for handover – clearing, stripping out, cleaning, documenting.
• Taking on site logistics: distributing material, keeping routes clear, removing debris in an orderly way.
• Clearing hall areas, dismantling racking and preparing floors for new use.

• Construction and final cleaning before handover
• Damage remediation after water, fire or storm events
• Site logistics, material transport and keeping areas orderly
• Strip-out and deconstruction with clean material separation

Travel and start of assignment: Reached via the A1; assignments by arrangement. Assignments outside Germany are arranged in advance – travel, briefing and notification requirements are planned together.
