Workforce Solutions: assignments in Biel/Bienne
Deployment teams from 1 to 50 people, temporary specialists and a reliable partner network. For clients in Biel/Bienne and the Canton of Bern region.
Biel/Bienne · Canton of Bern
What defines Biel/Bienne
Biel/Bienne is the centre of the Swiss watch industry with attached fine mechanics and medical technology, where assembly and inspection demand a steady hand and experience.
Fine work cannot simply be scaled by headcount – we prefer a few suitable people over many unsuitable ones.
Where work must be clean and documented, experience matters more than mere availability.
We regularly work in Solothurn, Bern and Basel as well.
What an assignment looks like
- A few suitable specialists for fine work instead of large teams.
- Experienced staff for documented work, carefully selected rather than quickly supplied.
- Fitters and inspectors for order peaks, briefed and working independently.
Typical tasks on site
- Partner network for peaks a single team cannot cover
- Subcontractor coordination with clear responsibility
- Fixed contacts for planning, shifts and invoicing
- Deployment teams sized to fit, from a single specialist to a full crew
Travel and start of assignment: Reached via the A5 and A6; start dates are planned jointly. Assignments outside Germany are arranged in advance – travel, briefing and notification requirements are planned together.
