Workforce Solutions – deployment teams for Esslingen am Neckar

Esslingen is a traditional machinery location with many mid-sized manufacturers nearby, where series production and special machinery sit side by side.

For assembly and inspection peaks we provide skilled staff who work independently after briefing.

Demand fluctuates with ramp-ups and blocks, so we plan teams that can be scaled up and down.

We regularly work in Stuttgart, Reutlingen, Ludwigsburg and Ulm as well.

• Fitters and inspectors for order peaks, briefed and working independently.
• A core team for ongoing needs plus extra staff for ramp-ups and blocks – from a single source.
• Temporary reinforcement for inspection and assembly peaks without permanent hiring.

• Subcontractor coordination with clear responsibility
• Fixed contacts for planning, shifts and invoicing
• Deployment teams sized to fit, from a single specialist to a full crew
• Temporary specialists for inspection, metrology and technical work
