Workforce Solutions for companies in Schaffhausen
Deployment teams from 1 to 50 people, temporary specialists and a reliable partner network. We work for companies in Schaffhausen and the surrounding area.
Schaffhausen · Canton of Schaffhausen
The Schaffhausen location
Schaffhausen is a compact industrial location directly on the German border with precision and supplier manufacturing, where many firms operate across the border.
Fine work cannot simply be scaled by headcount – we prefer a few suitable people over many unsuitable ones.
For assembly and inspection peaks we provide skilled staff who work independently after briefing.
We regularly work in Winterthur, Zurich and St. Gallen as well.
Typical requests
- A few suitable specialists for fine work instead of large teams.
- Fitters and inspectors for order peaks, briefed and working independently.
- Temporary reinforcement for inspection and assembly peaks without permanent hiring.
Typical tasks on site
- Subcontractor coordination with clear responsibility
- Fixed contacts for planning, shifts and invoicing
- Deployment teams sized to fit, from a single specialist to a full crew
- Temporary specialists for inspection, metrology and technical work
Travel and start of assignment: Reached via the A81 and A4, a good two hours from Horb am Neckar. Assignments outside Germany are arranged in advance – travel, briefing and notification requirements are planned together.
