Workforce Solutions for companies in Steyr
Deployment teams from 1 to 50 people, temporary specialists and a reliable partner network. We work for companies in Steyr and the surrounding area.
Steyr · Upper Austria
The Steyr location
Steyr is an engine and commercial vehicle location with a long manufacturing tradition, where inspection and rework arise mainly along the series lines.
Demand fluctuates with ramp-ups and blocks, so we plan teams that can be scaled up and down.
For assembly and inspection peaks we provide skilled staff who work independently after briefing.
We regularly work in Linz, Wels, Vienna and Graz as well.
Typical requests
- A core team for ongoing needs plus extra staff for ramp-ups and blocks – from a single source.
- Fitters and inspectors for order peaks, briefed and working independently.
- Temporary reinforcement for inspection and assembly peaks without permanent hiring.
Typical tasks on site
- Partner network for peaks a single team cannot cover
- Subcontractor coordination with clear responsibility
- Fixed contacts for planning, shifts and invoicing
- Deployment teams sized to fit, from a single specialist to a full crew
Travel and start of assignment: Reached via the A1 and B115; start dates are planned jointly. Assignments outside Germany are arranged in advance – travel, briefing and notification requirements are planned together.
